  1. my pelvic bone and the socket of my thighbone started hurting EXTREMELY bad
    as soon as I went on my side. The only way to overcome this was to bend a
    liiittle more forward, but then I couldn’t do that piramid motion anymore
    (which made my hip joint hurt even more). Any tips about what I’m doing
    wrong? It feels as if my bones are poking holes in my skin and muscles if I
    lye down on my side.

  3. Very effective I never get sore after working out but this had the soreness
    I was looking forward to. It feels good! I’ll be watch more to improve. Any
    extra tips to be more leg flexible? My new year resolution is to do the
    splits. Thanks!

  4. Im not sure if it is because Im busty but I dont seem to be able to get in
    the correct position when lifting, during the first arm exercise. 🙁 But
    love the workout. Ill definitely be doing it again and again. 

  5. thank you so much for these videos. hopefully i’ll be able to do it all
    month as well as eating healthier and healthier (kinda hard as i don’t have
    fridge in my dorm for next few months) .. i had to stop only once during
    the leg practice but i was shaking quite a lot 😀 it was fun i just have to
    get a mat coz hard floor is no fun and bad is not firm enough.

  6. I kept screaming at my computer to SHUT UP! MAKE IT STOP! But I kept going,
    and I might not do everything perfectly yet but I think it will be worth
    it!

    from a victoria secret model? What were your results after finishing all
    the workouts? 

  8. I have had two surgeries on my shoulder with 3 pins, and about to have
    triple disc replacement in lower lumbar, I was once in great shape and now
    struggle. I love this as I was able to do all the moves except sitting up,
    which I have to roll to the side, but managed. and I feel great. I know
    stretching and building my strength back is key to my recovery. Thanks,
    loved this video.
