This is where I purchased my pull up band. I got the Robust (purple).

Liking your vidz so far 🙂 I would suggest to people not to buy this rubber
thing, simply use the chair. Place the chair under your pullup bar, stand
on the chair, grab the bar with your hands. Then try to pull up yourself,
if you can’t – use your feet to help you to pull yourself up(just a little
bit). That way you can control the “help” that you need to do the pull-ups
🙂 Or you can buy the rubber thingy 🙂 Sorry for mistakes if i made any –
non English speaking. love the vidz! 🙂
Omg!! You are so awesome! What a terrific video. The video was so well
made! If I could give you a big hug I would… You have solved my pull up
dilemma…
@Ari Zandman-zemen, hi I just purchased a rubberbanditz purple robust based
on the chart. I am 5’6 , 152 pounds, unfortunately this band could not even
help me do 1 assisted pull up. I thinking I might have to order a 200-300
pound band.
A year ago my Wife couldn’t do a single rep of unassisted pullups. I bought
her resistance bands. She did Superslow style pullups using the bands,
where she lifted herself up slowly, and lowered herself slowly. This
superslow method combined with the resistance bands allowed her to build up
considerable strength over time. It’s now been a year and she has gotten so
strong that she no longer uses resistance bands, and can now do 9 full
unassisted pullups.
Good job girl:) Thanks for sharing. I need one of these so bad. I feel like
you did when you started. How many can you do now without it? Not sure how
long ago you did this video.

good for you! I just ordered a combo set today from rubberbanditz. very
excited to try them out.
I just ordered a combo set from the same site – hoping they help me out as
I’m like you – ZERO movement when I just rely on my own strength!!
So proud of you!!!! Keep up the good work. I’m the founder of Rubberbanditz
and am really happy that we can help you get stronger. Cheers. ~ Ari

IT SUCKS THAT I HAVE TO RETURN THE BAND. I DON’t Believe one should follow
the chart.
I think the girl in this video must weight 110-115 pound, she went with a
band that had higher resistance…
the end part is the beszzzt
thanks for the video, im also working on doing dead hang pullups.
